Daily Manager's Meeting documentation function captures all necessary data.

Traditionally, a person is assigned to prepare the notes. This usually involves getting an old copy and copying format, style and content.

Daily Manager makes this process easy and time effective by having a template for Meeting Agendas and Minutes. Complete the template - the fields define critical data necessary to document the meeting.

The database does the work for you!

By placing Daily Manager on a local network, many users can add action items. Reports will show all entries and management can prepare for meetings and develop plans accordingly.

A few minutes is all it takes to complete the above template. The database takes over and keeps track of all the paper work. The user can select to print the meeting minutes from Daily Manager, export the minutes to Microsoft Word (a single mouse click!) or email the document.

Reports are available that output all meeting notes and agendas. All reports can be printed or sent via email to ensure all parties get the information they need.

Meeting notes are very important to any project. Not only is progress discussed but changes in project direction are often agreed. These changes need to be documented and distributed to all parties.

Daily Manager makes it easy to document not only formal meetings but those less formal meetings where important items are discussed.
