Hundreds of letters and other documents can easily be stored in the database. Backups involve simply copying a file.

A few minutes is all it takes to complete the above template. The database takes over and keeps track of all the paper work. The user can select to print the letters from Daily Manager, export the letters to Microsoft Word (a single mouse click!) or email the document.

The Letters!

Daily Manager uses standard formats for letters. The user completes the template and letters are automatically generated. Several formats are available for user selection including formal letters and interoffice correspondence.

For that professional touch, Site Manager Inc. can provide services to customize your letters to include special layouts, fonts, logo, or headers.

In addition to all of the letters, there are over ten correspondence reports alone! They cover incoming and outgoing logs, status of letters requiring responses, aging of letters, etc. Management can quickly see what is happening and where direction needs to be placed.
