Follow The Process For Success
Identifying Change Is The First Step!
Project Manager - a New Program To Manage Change
Contractors, Engineers, and Architects all work within the system to identify issues

Problems enter a project from both internal and external sources. To be a successful project manager, you have to address problems, resolve them and move on.

The solution: Project Manager is a web based project management program designed to control change in industries with projects that have interactions between architects, engineers, designers, contractors, and owners. It allows you to succeed and make money by addressing and resolving each changes as they occur.

How does it work: Project Manager is built around a series of five forms that encompass the change resolution process. The forms are where the user identifies all problems, defines resolutions, and documents actions and costs. The behind the scenes database accumulates all data and produces extensive management reports.

Project Manager's forms are the key to making the process work. Between them, they address external changes entering the project with the RFI and Variance forms, supplier issues with the back charge form, new work assignments with the field work order form, and deviations in specification, quantities or process through the non-conformance form. Use one form or all five to resolve a problem - the database carries all common information thus minimizing input.

All changes are captured in the process. If you can fill in a form, you can run Project Manager.

Project Manager brings all project parties together. Contractors, engineers, architects all work in the system and enter information onto the forms. Whenever a change is made, an automatic email notifies everyone keeping all parties current and involved in all decisions and actions.. Effective communications resolves issues quickly and minimizes claims.
