are developed and as work progresses actuals define
the forecast. Actual installation rates and productivity
are compared with budgets and performance indicators
are developed. All calculations for earned value,
EAC, ETC, CPI, SPI and rates are made by Site Manager
allowing management focus to be directed to critical
areas.

The work package structure allows project(s) of
any type or complexity to be modeled. Structure
easily incorporates engineering, level of effort,
subcontracting and all forms of labor.
