A Completed RFI With
Problem And Resolution Data Entered.
Problem: doors were delivered 2 inches too
tall – need repair /
replacement.
This change requires extra work – therefore a project variance exists. Since faulty
supplier material is involved a back charge (BCN) is also appropriate.
An FCR is written to authorize extra work.
The RFI documents the change and how it was resolved!
