| How Does $ite Manager
Work?
The $ite Manager program is designed to take any project (or part of it!) and break it into small pieces that have a defined scope, responsibility, schedule, and cost - i.e. a Work Packages. As construction progresses, actual data in the form of quantities installed, labor hours spent, labor dollars spent and material dollars are collected against each work package. $ite Manager integrates the actual data with the work package estimates and produces the status reports and graphs. Be creative! The Work Package can be just about anything you want to control! From installation of concrete in a foundation, to a crane rental, to the budget for the civil support group! The Work Package is the level where all budgeting takes place and all actual data reported. Each Work Package has a scheduled start and finish and can have a owners Account Number cross reference for reporting in the owners own format. The Work Package has four parts; and area ID, a system ID, a type of work, and who is performing the work. This structure allows reporting to:
