$ite Manager produces reports and graphs with simple menu selections - no complicated setups!

The Report Menu show a selection of 28 detail and summary reports in three categories: quantity and labor, dollar, and miscellaneous. Reports are included for each component of the wok package.

Reports show the actual data!

Click the report icons to the right to see actual reports. Information management needs:

• Poor productivity - unit installation rates up to 4 times original budgeted
• Schedule slippage - SPI = 1.61
• Labor overrun of ~30,000 hours
• Labor cost overrun of ~$1,000,000

The Graphs show the trends!

Predefined labor hours, dollars and quantity graphs created from any component of the work package - hundreds of combinations created simply by selecting from pull down menus.

Click the Graph Icons to the right to see the same data as the above reports. The graphs clearly show the trends and forecasts.
